Double Diesel is a sativa cannabis strain hat bears a scent reminiscent of its name. The pungent diesel smell has undertones of fruit, and a taste that's similar to grapefruit. When ready for reaping, its buds are a bright lime green with amber-yellow pistils.

Double Diesel is the result of combining the genetics of the hybrid NYC Diesel and sativa Sour Diesel. Some say that it was first cultivated by a breeder named R. Rangel in the 80's.

THC levels can often reach 22%, making it potent and not recommended for the novice consumer. Its high is described as being extremely uplifting, improving one's mood and alleviating the stresses of the day. Though a sativa, it may not increase energy as much as most - though focus will expand, making this a choice strain for throughout the day so long as consuming at one's tolerance levels.
