About Red Headed Stranger
25% sativa | 75% indicaThe energizing Red Headed Stranger is a sativa cannabis strain that derives its name from the '75 Willie Nelson album. It took 2nd place at the High Times Medical Cannabis Cup in Denver in 2015. Its buds emit a sharp spicy scent with undertones of fresh earth and citrus.
Red Headed Stranger is the result of crossing the indica Willy's Wonder with the sativa Haze.
THC levels of this strain fall at 16/17% and can be an excellent choice for the novice consumer. Its high is quite mellow and places the consumer in a lovely state of calm, both mentally and physically. Happiness increases as well as creativity and energy, so creative tasks will become seemingly more fun and easier to complete. Many have used this strain for stress relief, arthritis, migraines, and seizure disorders (having a higher-than-usual CBD content).
Adverse effects are rare with this strain, dry mouth being the worst. Note that many strain can cause paranoia or anxiousness when too high of a dose is consumed, however.
