The famous strain dubbed Reina Haze, was first bred in the 70's in California by the Haze brothers. This energizing and aromatic strain won the 1997 Cannabis Cup for best Sativa.

Some that have tried Reina Haze reported that it has energized them and offered a body buzz that left them feeling relaxed and blissful. A properly cured batch of Reina Haze produces buds that are light green, symmetrical in shape and heavily coated with sticky trichomes. The scent of Reina Haze has notes of herbal tea, citrus and pine. Its taste is similar but more heavily accented with wood and spice.
THC percentage levels range in the low to mid 20's and the dominant terpenes are myrcene and caryophyllene.
