The cured nuggets of the Rocky Road strain are covered in bright orange pistils winding their way through olive green buds rich with trichomes. This strain is a cross between Rude Boi OG and Gelato 41 which create a deliciously unique terpene profile, although some believe it was bred crossing Mikado and Colorado Green Bud.
Rocky Road strain genetics make it a hybrid. It gets its name from the scent and flavor it produces which are reminiscent of the popular ice cream. While it has a sweet and citrusy overtone, a deeper inhalation brings out a bit of chocolate and another undertone similar to marshmallows.
THC levels of Rocky Road weed tend to average around 18%, give or take.
